Lucas Fox International Properties se encargará de gestionar el marketing y la venta del complejo residencial de lujo “Life Marina Ibiza”.

Lucas Fox International Properties, la agencia inmobiliaria con sede en Barcelona especializada en propiedades de lujo, ha anunciado hoy su nombramiento exclusivo para gestionar el marketing y la venta de un complejo residencial de lujo en Ibiza, diseñado por el prestigioso arquitecto francés Jean Nouvel.

Las terrazas de los apartamentos también exhiben el vibrante trabajo del renombrado pintor Alain Bony. Los apartamentos miden desde 65 m2 (con un dormitorio) hasta áticos de 300 m2 y todos cuentan con acabados y características de primera calidad.

Lucas Fox International Properties Appointed To Manage The Marketing And Sales Of The ‘Life Marina Ibiza’ Luxury Residential Development.

Lucas Fox International Properties, the Barcelona-based luxury real estate specialist has today announced their exclusive appointment to manage the marketing and sales of a luxury residential marina development in Ibiza, designed by world-renowned French architect, Jean Nouvel.

The development comprises two buildings, both of which will be completed in the summer 2012. The first, Las Boas de Ibiza, offers 179 beautiful apartments, each with its own unique design and boasting huge terraces with panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Ibiza Old Town and the island of Formentera. The terraces of the apartments also showcase the vibrant work of renowned painter, Alain Bony.  The apartments range from a spacious 65m2 for a one-bedroom apartment to a huge 300m2 for a penthouse and all feature the highest quality fixtures and fittings.

This exclusive development is perfectly located on the Paseo Juan Carlos, just metres away from the famous Marina Botafoch. It offers great access to Ibiza’s best boutique shops, restaurants and nightlife, including Pacha nightclub.

Lucas Fox International Properties announces launch of Lucas Fox Mallorca

Lucas Fox International Properties today announces the opening of their new Mallorca division. The launch reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to the Balearic Islands and follows the opening of an office on Ibiza at the start of 2011.

The Lucas Fox Mallorca office aims to offer a high end portfolio of the most desirable properties on the island and combine this with the company’s standard high level of client service and innovative marketing.

The new company is strengthened by the involvement of Rafael Calparsoro as regional director for Mallorca. Calparsoro brings over 20 years of experience of Mallorca real estate and has instructions to sell some of the island’s most exclusive properties.

Lucas Fox, la agencia inmobiliaria internacional con sede en Barcelona, ha pronosticado que pronto habrá signos de confianza renovada en el mercado tras los resultados de las elecciones españolas.

“Prevemos que se producirá una nueva confianza del mercado en respuesta a los resultados de las elecciones españolas”, explica Alex Vaughan, director de Lucas Fox International Properties.

Desde la oficina de Lucas Fox en Barcelona tras la victoria electoral del Partido Popular (PP) con el 44,6% de los votos, el Sr. Vaughan comenta:

“Felicitamos al presidente electo Mariano Rajoy y a su equipo por su fuerte victoria de la cual confiamos que tendrá un impacto positivo en el mercado inmobiliario español. Vaughan dice que confía en que las próximas semanas haya una confianza renovada de los mercados financieros como consecuencia del resultado de las elecciones y dio la bienvenida a las medidas anunciadas del gobierno entrante para reanimar el mercado inmobiliario español:

“Los incentivos fiscales tales como la extensión de la reducción del IVA en la vivienda de nueva construcción y una propuesta de recorte al Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales (ITP) en la compra de una vivienda de segunda mano ayudarán a mantener y fortalecer los signos saludables del mercado inmobiliario que percibimos en el tercer trimestre,” dice el Sr. Vaughan. Lucas Fox International Properties anunció su trimestre de mayor éxito en transacciones de ventas en octubre de este año, con una cifra que alcanzó los 19,5 millones de euros en el trimestre iniciado el 1 de julio de 2011.

Al finalizar el tercer trimestre de 2011, la empresa observó un fuerte interés por parte de la inversión extranjera, una disminución de los precios de la vivienda, y una estabilización de los valores de la vivienda en el segmento del mercado de lujo. “Si se aplicaran, estos incentivos fiscales propuestos podrían estimular el mercado inmobiliario y ayudar al sector del mercado de gama baja igualarse con el vigoroso sector del mercado de lujo”, concluye.

“New Market Confidence Expected in Response to Spanish Election Results” says Barcelona International Property Agency

Barcelona-based international property and real estate agency, Lucas Fox, has predicted that there will soon be signs of renewed market confidence following the Spanish election results.

“We expect to see market acceptance for the new Spanish governing party in the coming weeks,” explained Alex Vaughan, Director at Lucas Fox International Properties.

Speaking from the Lucas Fox Barcelona offices after the election win by Partido Popular (PP) with 44.6% of the votes, Mr Vaughan said:

“We congratulate Prime Minister Elect Mariano Rajoy and his team for a strong win that we are hopeful will have a quick and positive impact on the property market in Spain. The majority win by the PP with means the new government will have the political stability and mandate necessary to take action to address the current financial crisis and its impact on the property market in this country.”

Vaughan said he believed in coming weeks there will be renewed confidence in financial markets as a result of the election outcome and welcomed the incoming government’s rapid action to announce measures for reanimating the Spanish property market:

“Tax incentives such as the extension of the VAT reduction on new build property and a proposed cut to ITP transfer tax on second hand property purchases will help to sustain and build on the healthy signs in the property market that we observed in the third quarter,” Mr Vaughan said. Lucas Fox International Properties announced its best ever quarter for sales transactions in October this year, trading €19.5 million of properties in the three months from 1 July 2011.

After the third quarter 2011, the company noted signs of strengthening foreign investment interest, a slow down in housing price decreases, and a stabilizing of house values at the luxury end of the market. “If implemented, these proposed tax incentives could stimulate the property market and help assist the lower end of the market to catch up with the renewed vigour at the high end,” Vaughan concluded.
